The Bistro accepts Visa, American Express and MasterCard. 

Our order page uses SSL encryption technology to ensure your safety and security while placing your order. This technology "scrambles" your personal and credit card information so that it cannot be intercepted or viewed by anyone other than the intended recipient. We do not share your information with any third party - it is strictly used to complete your order transaction.

While every precaution has been taken to ensure your security, we understand that some of our customers may still prefer to order the "old fashioned way". Please feel free to contact us by telephone to place your order in person. Just call us at 1-201-467-5608. We'll give you the total of your order over the phone, and you can mail a check to us for the amount of your order. Once it has been received, your order will be shipped promptly.

We charge a flat shipping rate of $ 7.50 for all United States orders in the 48 contiguous States.

As shipping cost can vary significantly by zip code (USA), and size of package, the shipping fee charged during Check Out is based on standard packages weighing less than 5 lbs.

Oversized items and over-weight items like dog beds, dog blankets, and dog feeders , and packages weighing more than 5 lbs will incur additional shipping charges.

If applicable shipping charges total more than the amount calculated during checkout, we will contact you for approval via e-mail prior to charging your card and shipping out your order.

Alaska and Hawaii shipping charges are slightly higher. If you live in Alaska or Hawaii, we will e-mail you the correct shipping total.

International Shipping

Some international orders may require additional shipping charges. If additional shipping charges are required, we will contact you via e-mail for your approval of the added amount. If the item has already shipped and extra shipping charges are incurred, the extra shipping costs will be charged to the credit card on file for you. Any duties or taxes are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping charges. After dispatch, all transactions that involve Customs are between the customer and Customs and do not involve The Paw-risian Bistro. If packages are returned to The Paw-risian Bistro as undeliverable or because they were not picked up at Customs by the customer, the customer is solely responsible for charges to re-ship the package. If you have multiple items, we will hold the order so as to ship everything at one time.


Our Guarantee and Return Policy

At The Paw-risian Bistro, we guarantee the quality and freshness of our products. Our baked goods are made from fresh, top quality ingredients and are sent directly from our oven to your door. We mostly ship our products by USPS Priority Mail, which normally should reach you 2 to 3 days after dispatch. Your order should be refrigerated immediately upon delivery to prolong freshness. If you should receive an order that is unsatisfactory, please let us know.


The Paw-risian Bistro wants you to be 100 % satisfied with your purchase. If you are not 100 % satisfied, please return the product within 10 days from the date of purchase, for an exchange or return.

All exchange or return items should be complete with original tags still attached, in original packaging wherever possible and in new/original condition.

The Paw-risian Bistro regrets it cannot accept returns or exchanges on any furniture (beds, sofas, crate pads), any custom orders (dog bandanas, dog tags, dog collars, leashes and beds in Provencal or Toile fabrics), or any personalized or perishable items such as treats.

A Return Merchandise Authorization Number can be obtained by filling out our RMA Request Form on our website.

Please follow these instructions to return your item :

Log in on our website and select “My Account” and then select the “Orders” option,

Click the “Return Item(s)” button beside the complete order that you want to receive a return for

And follow the instructions.


Without a RMA your item will be refused and returned to you at your expense. This assigned number must be CLEARLY marked near the shipping label.

Please return unused items to us prepaid US mail with delivery confirmation,with the original packing slip with Return or Exchange written CLEARLY on the front. If you would like an exchange please note clearly what you would like to exchange item(s) for.

Shipping and handling fees are not refundable.

All exchanges are subject to shipping charges incurred to ship out the new item.

For your protection, we suggest you send your return via Federal Express, UPS, or by US mail with insurance and delivery confirmation for tracking purposes. We are not responsible for any returned packages lost in shipping.

If you are returning an item(s), The Paw-risian Bistro will credit your account for the cost of the item(s) only. You will not be reimbursed for the cost of shipping.

Please note : we are not responsible for any damage that is caused by your dog to any of the merchandise. We cannot honor refunds or exchanges for any merchandise that is sent back to us after 10 days from date of purchase, has been used, or is not in its original new condition.

We encourage you to measure your pet as accurately as possible, as we will allow one exchange per item. After one exchange, each exchange will incur an additional re-stocking and shipping and handling fee of $ 12.00.

Damaged items and lost packages : if an item arrives damaged, you must notify us within 48 hours of receipt. We will send a call tag to pick up the item from you. If the box appears damaged upon receipt, do not sign for it and it will be returned to us. We will send an exchange or credit you for the item.

Order Cancellations

You have 24 hours from the time of your original purchase to cancel your order for any reason. If you cancel your order after this time period you will be issued a refund (less a 25 % restocking fee plus all shipping and handling charges). Custom made items cannot be cancelled after the 24 hour period. To cancel an order, we must receive your cancellation notice in writing via e-mail or fax. An order is not considered cancelled until you receive a return e-mail from The Paw-risian Bistro confirming your cancellation.
